Your Employee Benefit Membership

Several small businesses in north-central Florida have signed up with True Access Primary Care to give their employees a membership with our premier direct primary care practice. These employees stay healthier and spend less time out of work due to illness. Their membership with True Access Primary Care gives the employees what they need, personal and convenient health care.

While this is not a substitute for health insurance (many of our members do carry health insurance, and we encourage all of them to do so), it is access to primary health care. Employers love us. Employees love us. We know you're going to love us too!

Primary Care for Business:

Regular billing will start the month you enroll regardless of the first visit date:

  • Business owners can enroll at least 5 of their employees at only $60 per month per adult (regardless of age) and $30 per month per child (with a paying adult). Under 5 employees, monthly fee is based on age but enrollment fee is waived.

  • Please call for more information, (352) 246-5621. Enrollment fees are waived for corporate accounts with over 5 members.

All new members will pay a one-time ENROLLMENT FEE of $100 at the first visit. You will NOT be billed today.
