  3. In-Person Visits: For those times when you need face-to-face care, we offer flexible in-person appointments with short wait times.

  4. Vaccinations & Immunizations: Protect yourself and your family with routine vaccinations and immunizations, tailored to your age and health needs.

  5. Women’s Health Services: From routine gynecological care to reproductive health, we offer comprehensive services to support women’s health at every stage of life.

  6. Lab Work & Diagnostics: Quick and convenient lab testing to help diagnose and monitor various health conditions, with options to bill through insurance for additional services like labs and medications.

Membership Rates

Primary Care for Individuals:

  • Children 0-18 - $30/month* with at least one parent enrollment.
    At this time we are not able to provide routine vaccinations, call to discuss how we can help arrange these for you.

  • Adults 20-50 - $60/month

  • Adults 51-64 - $85/month

  • Adults 65+ - $110/month

All new members will pay a one-time enrollment fee of $100 at the first visit. You will NOT be billed today.

Regular billing will start the month you enroll regardless of the first visit date:
